french property shows

buying property in France has been an attractive option for some time, especially in English, but also to a lesser extent the Americans, Dutch, German and others. But the influx of foreign buyers has been huge (around 100,000 single year ), all the bargains purchased or are there still cheap French properties for sale?

The answer you get depends on who you speak, and in France, where you are. Speak with an agent of the property throughout the south coast, and they will probably say that cheap real estate is a thing of the past. Talk to a farmer from the center of the country, and he can tell you the same.

The thing is, it is a matter of perspective. The agent looks likely especially people who are somewhere overlooking the sea or just a short walk from the beach. That will be expensive. But friends of mine bought a house with two bedrooms town not 15 minutes from the south coast at a good price last year. It needs a little work, but it fits it perfectly.

This story with the farmers. Ask him if he knows any cheap real estate for sale and he shakes his head. He remembers when these houses were much cheaper and could blame the influx of foreign buyers for the last climb. But if you come from south-east of England, for example, you will see similar properties in the United Kingdom would have four times as much.

The truth is that real estate prices have been far more than inflation. In some areas, houses have not only doubled or tripled, but often what they are a decade ago. However, the explosive growth has now ended, and France still offers some great bargains if you are looking for investment, a holiday home or a permanent move.

If you are on the so-called "hot spots" such as the Dordogne, Provence and the Alps to fight. These places have always been expensive - even for the French. Everywhere along the coast is a similar story - but that is the same in every country in the world that I can imagine!

Go a bit inland, but to the less densely populated areas, and you will certainly find bargains. France has been influenced by the loss of the rural population for the years and is to some degree. The work is in the big cities, so that, where many people have moved. If you work from home or when you retire to France, then you will find many a picturesque village with a very attractive and affordable real estate.

So when you hear people say that it is not cheap real estate for sale, take it with a pinch of salt. It is not so easy to find than a decade ago, perhaps, but there are still bargains to have. Come here and look in the local Windows Agent, the French representative in the small towns. You'll be amazed what you can find.
