Confident communication comes from small victories wins first. Here are 4 techniques that you gain the edge ...

1. Avoid starting your answers, or discussions with hedging interest rates and direct personal discounter. These extenders give you the impression that you are behind your words and refusing to commit. You also have the power to negate what you say, "Next." Examples are:

"I was only left to say ..."

"I'm not sure if I'm correct, but ..."

"I do not know if ..."

"This is probably a stupid question ..."

Enter your number secure. It is not necessary, additional words.

2. Take on a date ALONE. Go to a pleasure. Act like a real date. This is the confidence and the feeling of independence. (I do this at least once a month - it is the best!)

3. Use self-disclosure as an opening conversation starter. They facilitate the communication arrest, provide insight into you and appeal to the inherent nature of other helpful people. Examples are:

"Hi, I do not know anyone here!"

"This is my first time here."

"I've never before in Dallas."

4. Avoid the word "interested." It does not have the confidence and the conviction of "ready". In addition, more active language, because it is an "-ing" suffix of the set. For example, which of the following questions sound convinced?

"Dave, would you be interested in that I have your e-mail?"

"Dave, would you be willing to send me your e-mail?"
