At the mention of the word" investments ", some of the people, namely those who are not properly informed direct equity investments. This is because of the popularity that equity investments have won. It can not deny the fact that equity investment is a safe way to financial freedom, especially if you are on the principles of creating wealth through shares. Another reason for this popularity is the fact that you can invest with a very small amount of money, and still hope to climb to the top of the ladder in a short time if you have ideas, good investment.

On the other hand, real estate investment is equally good. In fact, it can give you more money as investments. The price of the shares or shares may fall and take some time to gather again, but also in real estate, it is not so, but the price of land steadily. It is good to the level that immediately, you pay for a piece of land, the price is automatically set to a higher level, the same day. The price of land is unlikely. Another factor is that the advantage of Real Estate Investment is the population. Real Estate Investment simply means to purchase or management of land or landed property. When we talk about land, we are referring to buildings such as residential, hotel, office accommodation, etc. These are the ones who are very frequent in Nigeria, but the past, investors are now setting up development centers, shopping malls, etc, and these are very fruitful in terms of the profitability of investments. Like a number of factors are responsible for the movement of the price of shares, there are certain factors that determine the demand and supply of real estate investments. These are factors that determine the price of the property is either too high or falling, and this depends on the person, place or environment, and one of these factors is the geographical factor. This has to do with the location of the property. The economic, social or political activities in the surrounding area have many roles to play in determining the value of a property. All property in the center of the main government or politically active zones or the economic heart of the city, always attracts premium prices. Even if the property is not aesthetically designed, the environment will still drive the price. On the other hand, a beautifully designed structure, with expensive fittings and plumbing of the site, but is in poor or remote areas will not attract a good price, as they allegedly because of the environment where it is located.
